We had an amazing time in this 4-star hotel. First, the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions or requests. the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious foods, including hot meals and fresh fruit. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot.
this was easily remedied by taking a short walk to the nearby city center, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

It wasn't clean. There was other people's hair in my bathtub. The beds curved in towards the middle; they were clearly overused and needed to be replaced. And my room was hot, but the air conditioning wouldn't work.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Kizilay shopping area, allowing easy access to vibrant night life. It is also just a short walk to the city center, taking only 8-10 minutes. the staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. the breakfast includes a variety of options, with hot soup and hot food choices that are not commonly found in Turkish breakfasts.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We were pleased to find that the hotel had parking available, making it convenient for us to bring our car. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was very close to the Kizilay shopping area and the city center, great to easily explore the city within 8-10 minutes. We also enjoyed the vibrant night life in the area.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The afternoon/night clerks at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. Breakfast was good, with a few variations every day and enough selection to give choices over several days.
Our room was extremely warm; the heat was permanently on and the hotel's own thermostat registered the temperature in our room at 30C (86F) all the time. The desk clerk said there was nothing he could do as the heat was on until 1 June. They could not provide a fan. We propped open the window with a coathanger and when we left the door open it cooled off, but heated up again when we shut the door. Overall, the hotel seemed a little tacky - furniture veneer was chipped, old glue and cracks in the bathroom by the newish tub.

Extremely noisy people occupying the neighboring rooms... Looks like the concept of "having consideration for other human beings" has not been learned by many nationalities around the world!!!

Good central location is probably a strong point for this facility, so is quietness and rest after a hard day's work. This is our second stay here; it follows that we had very positive impressions the first time. The breakfast spread was good and staff courteous and helpful. Room furnishings very comfortable.
We were given a room on Level 1 this time. Not only was there drilling work going on below us (horribly loud in our room), but the sound of water (bathroom) from the unit above was unusually loud throughout the day and night. There was also loud chatter just outside our door till late at night, as it was a congregating point for hotel staff. I suppose I'll need to qualify my recommendation below. I would not recommend a Level 1 room. Higher floors ok.
